The "junk fax" law, I believe USCC section 18, paragraph 2701. You
should probably double check it: I don't have it immediately on hand.

An alternative is to edit the Postscript that creates the tagline, and
comment it out: that way, HylaFAX runs merrily ignorant that the tagline
is not being printed. A kludge, I admit....
