Fax Broadcast using WHFC?

Hi,

Does anyone knows how to use WHFC's phonebook and cover page to do a fax
broadcast?

Reading the Limitations of WHFC, I know all the addresses on the cover page
will result with the last selection of the list, but is there any
work-around?
