If you mean received faxes, not you can't. But they get deleted on the
server after a while (configuration setting).

I had the same problem here and found two usable (easy to use) solutions
(but none using WHFC)

- Make a shortcut to the recvq directory on the sercetary's desktop (she can
view copy delete a will)

- I you have internal mail, forward all incomming faxes (as tiff attachment)
to the secretary and have her forward to the intended recipients.
