hylafax beta and Linux 2.2.x

Hi all.  I'm wondering if anyone's gotten the hylafax-v4.0pl2-rjc6 version
to compile on RH 6.0?

There are several header warning problems, as well as fds_bits being
undefined, which prevents libfaxutil.a from building...

Also, there's a CVS tree at hylafax.org.  Does anyone know what the cvs
parameters should be to download this?
