flexfax: HylaFAX v4.0pl2 Compile problems on Solaris 2.6 w/GCC 2.8.1

Had problems compiling HylaFAX v4.0pl2 on Solaris 2.6 w/GCC 2.8.1.  Here are
some patches that seemed to fix things.
