flexfax: hylafax problem

in adition to my recent question
(i have a fax-connection when
receiving fax, but it becomes
interrupted by timeout)

i have errors in the syslog-file:

the commands
<--[9:AT+FCQ=?\r]
<--[9:AT+FAP=?\r]
and
<--[10:AT+FSPL=?\r]

each of them are responsed by
-->[5:ERROR]

i have a rockwell 144dpi chipset
in my modem.

i think these commandos should be
standards. aren't they?
