anyone else running faxgetty under Solaris-2.6 ?

Hi,

I'm still trying to figure out why my faxgetty sometimes gets stuck
reporting "Waiting for modem to come ready", with the modem no longer
answering calls, generally after sending an outgoing fax from a line.

It seems to be more of problem with the hylafax I build with gcc-2.8.1
then built with gcc-2.7.2.3, however this isn't completely conclusive.

I'd be interested in hearing about faxgetty behavior from anyone
else, especially if you are running Solaris-2.6.

I have confirmed that there are no lockfiles left over in /var/spool/locks,
and that when I am using ports or sending faxes, consistent lock file
schemes are used.

I have also confirmed that the log files don't report any errors
about wedged modems or other faxgetty complaints.

Lastly, the exact same modem settings, ports, and other settings all
worked fine on the same machine back when I was running SunOS-4.1.4.

I'm also using a 16 port Magma Serial card, though will shortly
try a native sun serial port too.

As indicated, the receiving FaxGetty[2185] wakes up and re-initialized
the modem when receiving the fax is done, however FaxGetty[2187] on the
sending tty port never recovers and notices that the modem is free.
