Re: Another Windows 98 Client? WISHLIST



While the WHFC interface may have a few quirks, we are using pretty much
all of its options.

OLE support is a necessary evil if you wish to automate the product for
usage with third-party tools.

The ODBC functionality is also being used here to interface to our existing
customer database in
Goldmine. I've setup the necessary drivers and when one clicks on the
phonebook, WHFC opens
all the contacts listed in the database w/current info. 

Having ODBC connectivity allows us to keep only one source of information
and makes maintenace
much easier as well.
