WHFC and OLE

Hi ,

I installed WHFC as described in the manual.
Everything works fine, but connect to
WHFC.OleSrv is only possible for Administrator.
When logged in as normal user , WHFC starts
but CreateObject returns error : 
"no such file or directory".
