??? After "installing" the binaries or the source code? There
are a bunch of minor issues for HylaFAX and SunOS configuration in
my notes at cirl.meei.harvard.edu/hylafax.

SunOS has its own antique TIFF libraries in the Openwindows software.
It's important unset the LD_LIBRARY_PATH before running configure
for this reason. It's also important to use gcc as the compiler, since
Sun's CC does not work well for this.
