I don't know about converting them to ps or pdf, but if it's mainly for
NT, Wang Imaging that comes with NT handles the tiffs very well.

I haven't found a good tiff viewer for Unix though.  Anyone know of a
 good one? Or how to get xv to display more than the first page?
