flexfax: Zyxel and more than one page

I can't get my Zyxel U1496 w/ ROM 6.17 to send more than one page.
It sends the first page and then reports 

 --> [7:+FHS:68]
 REMOTE HANGUP: Unknown hangup code (code 68)

or sometimes code 60 or other codes.

Any ideas?  Thanks...
