flexfax: config file for UMC92144 based modems

Please add the attached file to the hylafax distribution.
I contains the file /var/spool/fax/config/umc92144 for the 
faxaddmodem command to enable automatic detection of UMC modems with
BIOS versions as used in the Creatix 14400 modems SG144U, SG144Ui, 
Phonemaster 144VF and Phonemaster 144VFi.

Credits go to Sascha Ottolski how posted a working snippet in Mar 98.
