flexfax: Chinese characters on outgoing fax cover?

May be I have asked these questions before.
1. How to let the chinese characters on fax cover be printed? May be
this should be issue about generating chinese characters in postscript.
Anyway, I don't know. Can somebody tell me where I can get the packages?

2. How to make a fax cover for myself?
