Check the font substitution rules in your postscript driver; make sure that
fonts are downloaded as type 1, not type 3, and that they are downloaded,
not substituted.  This is probably all you need to do.

As above; describe the widths of the characters; I'm not sure that these
metrics are needed by Hylafax.

Read the documentation for your raster image processor.  If you are using
ghostscript 5.10, with my directory configuration, you should read:

/usr/lib/ghostscript/5.10/doc/fonts.txt

However, as you should be downloading the fonts, this is probably irrelevant.
