flexfax: To do list

REmember to change the ability of the fax to receive files in the 
remote systems. When the receiving fax machine has that ability, the 
risk is that a customer may send a file in this format and then we 
won't be able to convert it back to a standard tiffg format in a 
lower resolution

(vr),(br),(wd),(ln),(df),(ec),(bf),(st)

bf must be zero to disable this,
