I've been using lj2ps for a while together with HylaFAX and, after some
minor changes, lj2psworks fine for me. It was a couple of months since I
made it work, so I can't remember what problems
I had compiling it.

It seems like we use the same HylaFAX distribution and Linux kernel, but I
don´t know if the
gcc version is the same.

If you would like me to, I could send you the sourcefiles and makefile, but
the changes I've made
are not supposed to be any official patch or something like that. I´ve just
made it work for me.
