faxgetty(1m) actually monitors the RING responses generated by the modem
on an incoming call before picking up the line; ie the modem's autoanswer
*SHOULD* be off.

To enable incoming calls, check out `config.tty1A' for RingsBeforeAnswer:
and set this to a number > 0. Also make sure adaptive answer has been
enabled by use of the ModemSetupAACmd: parameter.

Additionally, for SCO 5.0.0, you should have

    GettyArgs: "-h -t60 %l o",

assuming you're running

    ModemRate: 38400
