No. It tells that "...The HylaFAX software optionally uses
this program and the fact that it does not exist on the system
is not a fatal error...."

Just ignore this message and read the FAQ, the mailing list
archives and the HTML documentation to learn more about
egetty and vgetty.

    Where can I get  egetty  for FreeBSD ?

If you really need it you'll find some pointers in the
archive how to write it.
