flexfax: Administrivia -- flexfax in subject

I have changed the majordomo configuration to add flexfax: to the
beginning of the Subject line.  Several people suggested this as it
provides a simple way for mail agents to group or select all traffic
from a particular mailing list (and I like it :-).
