send fax problem

I'm problem sending out a fax, I got the following by doing a faxstat -d

HylaFAX scheduler on ibm.timeless.com.hk: Running

JID  Pri S  Owner Number       Pages Dials     TTS Status
12   127 D   root 9.25197186    0:0   0:12         Can't find initialization

Could someone please tell me what's wrong? Thanks a lot
