USR Sportster config

Does anyone have a HylaFax config file that works for a US
Robotics Sportster 2V.34+ FAX 8.8kb modem? Either Class 1 or Class 2.0?

The FAQ has no information about Class 2.0 support, and indicates
a possible DCD problem with Class 1 support.

I'm new to HylaFAX and this list, to please  excuse me if this 
question has been asked/answered. Just point me to the information.

PS:  I'm guessing my config.tty01 file is incorrect.
My HylaFAX server log always shows one of the following 2 
error messages. The modem will send faxes using other software, so
I think the hardware/connections are OK:

May  2 11:53:28 ns1 FaxSend[6549]: SEND FAILED: No answer (T.30 T1 timeout)
