Tony, I'm sorry to say this since I'm a dedicatede USR fan but FORGET 
IT!! I tinked with one for 1 1/2 days until finally giving up. USR has 
done something funny with thier firmware so it's just not worth it. 
Motorola makes a great 28.8 that's around $100 and performs perfectly in 
class 2 mode. I really love USR for data communication but I'm banking on 
16 motorolas for a professional installation which needs run reliably
