You first have to tell mgetty not to initialize Modem, etc...

My mgetty.config looks as follows:

port modem
direct y
toggle-dtr n

My GettyArgs:

-r -b %l

and that should work, but... it doesn`t :-(

I`m working on a solution, but I have little time... :-(
