Help on dialrules setup

I spend 90% of my time traveling with my laptop and doing all my
faxing on the go. I need to be able to use my SPRINT FON card to
send out my faxes.

So what magic do I have to provided in order to do this? Below is
simular situation which was posted by Donald Burr back in 1994.
Unfortunately, no one provided a public reply!!! I am able to make use
of my card on the command line... The problem is that it shows up on the
coversheet in the destination phone number spot.

Now, here's the situation:

All faxes must go through the calling card
        The modem must:
                * dial SPRINT's access number (1-800-877-8000),
                * pause two seconds (using the ","),
                * dial the destination FAX number, prefixed by a "0",
                * pause three seconds (using the ","),
                * and dial the SPRINT access number.

SO, some examples:
If FAX is being sent to "1-714-555-1212"
this is outside of 310, so I must use my Sprint card.
        modem should dial "18008778000,07145551212,1234567890"
                           ^^^^^A^^^^^ ^^^^^^B^^^^ ^^^^^C^^^^
        where
part "A" is the US Sprint access number,
part "B" is the phone number to dial (prefixed by 0),
and part "C" is my US Sprint access code.

Can someone help me set up my etc/dialrules (I guess this is where
configuration info of this type goes)? I'm the only one who is
using this particular machine, so I'm not worried about other people
stealing or using my Sprint card.

I also need to make sure that it is converted to a simple AC+Phone Number on
the cover sheet. When I do the calling card on the command line, the
destination number shows the 800 number, the destination number and part of
the access code.

Thanks,
