FAXSERVER and SNPPSERVER are shell variables. You stick them in your
.cshrc as
setenv FAXSERVER fax.gilasoft.com
setenv SNPPSERVER fax.gilasoft.com
I've actually wired them into my /etc/csh.cshrc for my tcshrc user.
