Page jobs not completing within deadline

Hi,

I am using HylaFax 4.0 to send SMS messages, but we have a problem when 
the automatic system that invokes sendpage(1) sends a large number of 
messages (around 30) in a short period of time.

I get the following message back from HylaFax:

Your pager job to 0860980480 could not be completed before the appointed deadline.

    ---- Unsent job status ----

   Destination: XXXXXXXXXX
         JobID: 380
       GroupID: 380
        Sender: webchecker
      Mailaddr: webchecker@motiv.co.uk
         Modem: cua_a
Submitted From: localhost
        Status: Blocked by concurrent jobs
       Dialogs: 0 (exchanges with remote device)
         Dials: 0 (consecutive failed calls to destination)
         Calls: 0 (total phone calls placed)


I have had a look at the sendpage(1) man page but couldn't find 
any option to set a 'deadline' time.

Can anybody tell me what the deadline time is, and how I can set it to 
be a bit more tollerant for concurrent jobs.
