I'm having a bit of an issue when trying to send faxes:

It seems that hylafax isn't sending a fax tone for the other end to recognize. I'm not 100% sure that this is the case, however my asterisk PBX doesn't seem to recognize the call as being a fax call. I'm using IAXmodem to interface with asterisk. Is there a configuration parameter I should be using to force hylafax to send a fax tone whenever a call is made?
