How do I know for sure? I did configure inittab to have this:

t0:23:respawn:/usr/sbin/faxgetty ttyG0
t1:23:respawn:/usr/sbin/faxgetty ttyG1
t2:23:respawn:/usr/sbin/faxgetty ttyG2
t3:23:respawn:/usr/sbin/faxgetty ttyG3
t4:23:respawn:/usr/sbin/faxgetty ttyG4
t5:23:respawn:/usr/sbin/faxgetty ttyG5
t6:23:respawn:/usr/sbin/faxgetty ttyG6
t7:23:respawn:/usr/sbin/faxgetty ttyG7

But I also ran "faxmodem ttyG0" etc. Is this bad, does it conflict???  Note
that this is a "send-only" environment.
