supplied during the job submission.
"owner" refers to the log-on username that was used to log-on to the
hfaxd service.
If I run these two commands:
sendfax -f me -d 1234 foo
sendfax -f you -d 1234 foo
Then they will both have the same "owner", but they will have different
"sender" fields.
