ENCODING=''
MIMENCODE='base64-encode'
UUENCODE='uuencode'

$ locate uuencode
/var/www/icons/uuencoded.gif
/var/www/icons/uuencoded.png
/home/zr/httpd/icons/uuencoded.gif

$ locate base64-encode
$

Seems I'm missing the encoding type and the encoder program, no?
