[hylafax-users] modem problems

/hello, after a couple of days, trying to configure my new modem to work with Hylafax, I'm writing you for help. I tried everything to have this modem send and receive faxes with no luck.
Today I did a fresh insall with Hylafax 4.2.5.4, still no luck. I tried all the classes 1, 1.0, 2, 2.0 & 2.1.
I checked the log when trying to receive I've got allmost all the time : "ring detected without succesfull handshake"
and when trying to send: "COMREC error in transmit Phase B/got DNC"
Anybody have this fax to work ?? I choose it because it was on Hylafax HArdware Compatibility List...

thank you very much for your help
