[hylafax-users] Corrupted TIFF Files on receiving faxes

Gentleman,

I am encountering a strange problem latetly with an HylaFax based server I have running. The server is only used for receiving faxes, and, until recently, worked fine. Now however, about 9 in 10 faxes is received corrupted. That is to say, the exchange on fax-level is in order, but the resulting TIFF file is unviewable. I am completly baffled as to why this might have occured. Also, upon checking the logs, I found strange things happening with my modem.

I have included as much information as I could, Google was no help so far, I hope anyone can point me in the right direction. I also included one of the erronous TIFF files. If any more information would be helpfull, please let me know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Regards
Mark

System information:

The system is a Gentoo x86 box, running 2.6.12-gentoo-r9 kernel, it's never had any problem. It's an AMD64 CPU with 1024MB memory.
The HylaFAX version is : 4.2.5

The modem from LSPCI
