[hylafax-users] block outgoing fax

Hi all,
I want to block outgoing faxes to some numbers( internationals calls, all the 
numbers that start  with 902, 907 and 8). I've searched through the archive 
and the only thing i've found it's this : 
http://www.hylafax.org/archive/2003-06/msg00102.php and man destctrls, but i 
can't figure it out.
Could, please, someone help me with this?
HylaFAX 4.2.3, rpm install on RedHat 9.0.
