Yes, that sed commands here behaves as you show. And I did note it was
the only change in the script, and cannot fathom why it impedes delivery
to the desired user.



Grep out the faxrcvd entries from your system log. Go to the /var/spool/hylafax directory. Then run the last faxrcvd entry by hand from the command prompt, but precede it with "sh -x ". Then look at the output, pay attention to the very top of the output where the CALLIDn entries are being set. You'll probably see some error message there. Let's see what it says.


| Take a look at the RcvFmt entry in your hfaxd.conf. It looks to me like | you have one field on-top of another. The default RcvFmt that comes | with the tarball installation is:
| | RcvFmt: "%-7m %4p%1z %-8.8o %14.14s %7t %f"
| | The instructions on its formatting is in 'man hfaxd'. Looks to me like | you have something between the "o" and the "s" entries in the default.


I have that default format, no change.



The only even somewhat relevant change, that I can immediately see, in 4.2.4 was this one:
