[hylafax-users] faxrcvd only sending notifies

I just installed the latest version, and have not been able to make it
send the actual fax as a PDF attachment. I could get the previous
version to do so. I get no errors. I get the actual notification
message, but the message with the attached PDF doesn't seem to be
generated/sent.
