That card can do a few (4 I think) concurrent FAX channels. However, you 
need a Dialogic application to make it work. HylaFax can't control it. 
Bayonne can handle the card, but I don't know if it can make use of the 
FAX features. If your are expecting 30 channels of FAX, that card does 
not provide it on its own. You would need an additional 30 channel FAX 
modem card, and appropriate software.
