This probably means that your DSO file(s) are mismatched and generally 
indicates that you have two different HylaFAX installations on the system.

Look in /usr/lib/ for libfaxutil* and libfaxserver*.  You probably have 
a pair of symlinks pointing to the versioned ones.  Make sure they're 
pointing to the ones that were installed with the faxqclean binary.
