Hello Bob,
I posted a message yesterday which doesn't show up in the correct
thread on my system. In case you missed it look for a message with the
same From and Subject lines.
Short extract:
I suspect you did not call the sendfax program from the HylaFAX package
but a different sendfax which belongs to mgetty+sendfax.
Maybe HylaFAX will work if you fix your PATH variable or remove
mgetty+sendfax.
