Re: [hylafax-users] Viewing received faxes - problem with quicktime

Go to Control Panel, then Folder Options. On the File Types tab scroll
down until you find the TIFF (or TIF) extension. In the lower pane of
that window click Change and choose the viewer you need (probably
Windows Picture and Fax Viewer).

Subject: [hylafax-users] Viewing received faxes - problem with quicktime

Hi,

On one of our windows client machines, quicktime was installed and set
itself as the default viewer for TIF files. The problem is that it
distorts the faxes and also is not capable of displaying mutiple pages.

I remember seeing a post sometime back about how to get Windows to fix
this. However I am not able to locate it now. Can somebody help me.

regards

dileep
