Forgive me if this has already been answered, I searched the
archives and couldn’t find it though. I’m getting constant “ERR
No Carrier detected” errors from a remote facility running HylaFAX. I
had the modem dial my cell phone to make sure it had a dialtone and that
worked, but I can’t seem to get this bad boy to send faxes. It is a send
only environment. Could it be a problem with the modem itself? Here is the config
file and a sample log file follows: HylaFAX 4.2.2 MutliTech MT1932ZDX Modem # $Id: mt-1432,v 1.3 2003/01/15 00:02:57 tim Exp $ # # HylaFAX Facsimile Software # # Copyright (c) 1990-1996 Sam Leffler # Copyright (c) 1991-1996 Silicon Graphics, Inc. # HylaFAX is a trademark of Silicon Graphics, Inc. # # Permission to use, copy, modify, distribute, and sell this
