Jeff,

It looks like one of the SMI socketmodem DSPs on your MultiModemISI has 
locked up. The only way you'll likely be able to recover it is with a cold 
boot - ie a simple reboot may not clear it. You might want to check to see 
what happened just prior to the lockup also, and report it here.
