I have got Asus passive pci ISDN Card with HFC-S A chipset onboard.

You can use an ISDN card with Hylafax if it has a CAPI interface or a modem like interface. Either of these has to be provided by the card manufacturer.

I have one ISDN line and 20 fax receivers.

What do you mean with "one ISDN line"? I assume BRI because it's a passive card.
Is your BRI in point-to-point or point-to-multipoint mode?

In point-to-multipoint mode you have max. 10 MSNs, so you could distribute to 10 receivers based on the called number. In p-t-p mode it would be possible to assign a separate DID number to every receiver.

In p-t-mp mode you would have to use two BRIs and two ISDN cards. (Check your documentation if it's possible to use more than one passive card.)

I read an article about DID number in case of ISDN - is it helpful in
this case?

If you have a card with CAPI interface and use capi4hylafax you can use DID or multiple MSNs. (But with capi4hylafax you cannot use all features of Hylafax.)
If you have a modem-like interface it depends on the manufacturer's driver software.
