[hylafax-users] faxrcvd is not executing

Please help.  I'm running the latest version of hylafax.

I've installed on RH 9.  Default location (/var/spool/hylafax)

All directory and file permissions are correct.

the log file indicates the faxrcvd command was run but I know it 
hasn't.  The file is not converted and email is not distributed.

If I take the command that the log file indicates was issued:  (e.g.  
Oct 24 11:51:08.14: [16208]: RECV FAX: bin/faxrcvd 
"recvq/fax000000021.tif" "ttyS4" "000000024" "" "" "") everything is fine.

I know this line is NOT EXECUTING.

I have no idea where the config file that specifies the FaxRcvdCmd: 
token goes.  I can't find such a file anywhere.

I tried making an entry in the /etc/hylafax/hfaxd.conf file, this didn't 
work (I tried changing the executable name and the entry in the config file)
I tried making an entry in /var/spool/hylafax/etc/config for the 
specification of this executable, but that didn't work.

I tried pumping up the debug level, but still nothing other than the log 
file entry that "seems" to indicate things are working.

Please help!
