[hylafax-users] AW: Sending 2 concurrent jobs

Hi Bodo,

Yes, I configured 2 virt. modem setup´s. But this didn´t work either.
The second job is always waiting. Here is one of my config files:

SpoolDir:               /var/spool/fax
FaxRcvdCmd:			/var/spool/fax/bin/faxrcvd
PollRcvdCmd:            /var/spool/fax/bin/pollrcvd
FaxReceiveUser:         fax
FaxReceiveGroup:        dialout
LogFile:                /var/log/fax/capifax.log
LogTraceLevel:          2
LogFileMode:            0600
{
    HylafaxDeviceName:          faxCAPILine1
    RecvFileMode:               0600
    FAXNumber:                  +49.xxxx.xxxxxx
    LocalIdentifier:            "Header for XXX"
    MaxConcurrentRecvs:         2
    OutgoingController:         1
    OutgoingMSN:                1
    SuppressMSN:                1
    NumberPrefix:
    UseISDNFaxService:          0
    RingingDuration:            0
    {
        Controller:             1
        AcceptSpeech:           1
        UseDDI:                 0
        DDIOffset:              "12345"
        DDILength:              3
        IncomingDDIs:
        IncomingMSNs:           1
        AcceptGlobalCall:       0
    }
    {
        Controller:             1
        AcceptSpeech:           1
        UseDDI:                 0
        DDIOffset:              "12345"
        DDILength:              3
        IncomingDDIs:
        IncomingMSNs:           1
        AcceptGlobalCall:       1
    }
}

The second config file is nearly the same, only the
    HylafaxDeviceName:          faxCAPILine2
    RecvFileMode:               0600
    FAXNumber:                  +49.yyy.yyyyyy
    LocalIdentifier:            "Header for YYY"
Is different, and of course the filename ;-).
Both modems are correctly displayed in faxstat.

I read, the for using the 2nd b-channel I have to add the second part
    {
        Controller:             1
        AcceptSpeech:           1
        UseDDI:                 0
        DDIOffset:              "12345"
        DDILength:              3
        IncomingDDIs:
        IncomingMSNs:           1
        AcceptGlobalCall:       1
    }
So I did it, but without success.
At the moment, we are using the server only for outbound connections, there are no
inbound connections, to there are no MSNs defined.

Stefan

Hello Stefan,

did you configure two "modems" in config.faxCAPI and tell Hylafax about these modems?
Did you use different phone numbers for the two fax jobs?

Bodo
