[hylafax-users] Trying to turn off batching

After setting up hylafax (hylafax-4.2.1-1fc3) on my new modem ( MODEM
ACF3_V1.702A-V90_P21_FSH MT5656ZDX) batching worked, without any special
changes.  I was ecstatic.

Then the client asked that we disable batching, because it confused
them.  Sadly, we have to do what the client asks for...

I'm not sure, why, but I cannot seem to turn it off.  I have added all 3
lines:

MaxConcurrentCalls: 1
MaxConcurrentJobs: 1
MaxBatchJobs: 1

to my config file, but I still get batching, all logs show (when
multiple docs are queued)
