[hylafax-users] Problems with specific fax receiver (or sender?)

When we try to send a fax to a specific fax destination, we get the 
following errors:

Does anybody care to explain what the command [13:AT+FPHCTO=30\r] is 
supposed to do, why it returns an error and how I can avoid it.

When I manually dial the number (00xxxxxxxxxx) I get a fax-response tone. 
I am also able to fax to the number from another fax machine. Is it 
possible to tell why the destination-site ignores faxes sent from our 
fax-server?

Our fax-server is able to send faxes to all other fax-destinations tried 
so far.

If a more detailed log-level is necessary, which parameters must I then 
tweak?

We are running HylaFAX v4.2.0 and SuSE SLES8 v2.4.21-138 on an HP DL380-G2 
with an Eicon Diva Server PRI 2.0 PCI (with 
divas4linux_EICON-104.429-1.i386.rpm) adapter.
