[hylafax-users] Problems getting HylaFax setup

I am having a little problem with HylaFax sending faxes.  If I run faxtstat -s 
it displays:

HylaFAX scheduler on digger.eznettools.net: Running

I don't know why Dials is showing 0:12 and under the TTS Status there is 
nothing.  I have seen in other faxstat displays that it shows that the modem 
is up and running but mine doesn't.  Here are the config files I have 
attached.

Please help me get this working
