For WHFC:

Fill the EMAIL field and select "Always"


For HylaFAX:

Check the values for these VARs

RETURNFILETYPE=
RETURNTECHINFO=

and creat a FaxNotify file in your $HYLAFAX/etc/ dir.

as usual read carefully the man pages for notify
