You should set in your /hylafax/etc/config 
ServerTracing: 0xFFFFFFFFFF # more verbose logging
MaxDials:3 # for testing enough
What is your value for SendFaxCmd: ?
Open in sendq your q30 file and examine the entry returned:
If you have "returned:0" here and the fax was submitted successfull, you
might use a wrapper-script to solve your problem. In our installations with
fritz cards and capi4hylafax in newest version, we had to use such a script
and found until today no other workarround.
